This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed on www.kalchotheculture.com.

1. Order Processing Time (Production)

Most of our items are made-to-order and fulfilled through print-on-demand partners. This means your order may go into production shortly after purchase.

Typical processing/production time:
- 2–5 business days (may be longer during peak periods)

Once your order is produced, it is shipped to the address you provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:
- Austria
- European Union (EU) countries

If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not currently ship there.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and start after production is complete.

Estimated delivery times:
- Austria: 1–4 business days
- European Union (EU): 3–10 business days

Please note:
- Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and seasonal demand.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed.

We may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping over a certain order value. If offered, it will be clearly shown at checkout.

5. Tracking

Where available, we provide tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.

Tracking availability depends on the carrier and destination. If you do not receive tracking, please contact us and we will help.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us immediately at kalchotheculture@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered production.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Non-EU Orders)

For EU deliveries, customs duties generally do not apply within the EU single market.

If we ship outside the EU in the future, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Please check with neighbors/building reception and your local carrier first.
- Then contact us at kalchotheculture@gmail.com and we will assist you.

If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
- We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
